The man who defiled a 9 year old girl in Mtwapa yesterday is allegedly an immigration officer in Mombasa. Kilifi OCPD Clement Wangai says the suspect is held at Mtwapa police station waiting to be charged. According to the family members the girl has been allegedly defiled on several occasion by the middle aged man and medical reports indicates that she is infected with HIV virus.
