Kenya: Govt Opeartions Could Grind to a Halt

Government operations are headed for disruption, after members of parliament rejected the Supplementary budget over allocation to the county governments. The MPs faulted finance minister Njeru Githae for allocating 6 billion shillings instead of the 15% of national budget to the county governments as provided by the law.
