Kenya: Campaign Launched to Encourage Female Aspirants

A public awareness campaign aimed at encouraging women to take active part in political parties has been launched.
The exercise begins in Nairobi and will be rolled out nationwide to enable them represent Kenyans through various seats they may be vying for. Labour Party of Kenya leader Julia Ojiambo says women leadership positions are guaranteed in the constitution.
