Gogne — The Ministry of Education has called on students in Mogoraib Boarding School, Gogne sub-zone, to prudently utilize the opportunity accorded them at Government expenditure, and thus demonstrate excellence in their educational pursuit.

Heading the meeting conducted with the students, Mr. Fisehaye Kidane from the branch office pointed out that such educational facilities were put in place as part of the national endeavors to enhance the impact of education in remote areas, and that remarkable accomplishment has been registered to this end. Moreover, he indicated that boarding schools provide an environment for exchange of all-round experience within their communities comprising diverse ethnicity.

The students lauded the efforts being exerted to promote the education sector in an equitable manner, and said that the availability of boarding schools in remote areas attests to the nation's cherished goal in this regard.
