Angola: Catoca Workers to Get First Residences in February

Saurimo — The handing over of the first 70 residences of the Sagrada Esperança Housing Complex, with the Catoca Mining society, for its workers, is set for February this year, Angop has learnt.

The CEO of state-owned Angola Diamond Company (Endiama), Carlos Sumbula, was on the spot to verify the execution level of the aforesaid project.

Carlos Sumbula expressed his optimism with regards to the conclusion of the project, whose works are under the aegis of the Chinese "China International Fund".

"The people that will benefit from these residences have already been identified, and this is a project taking place in accordance with the programme drafted in 2010", he said.
