Angola: Administration Ministry to Hold Meeting On National Cadres Training Plan

Luanda — The Ministry of Public Administration, Labour and Social Security will hold on 8 January this year ENAD school a meeting on the National Plan for Training Cadres, aiming to present diagnosis outcomes of staff situation.

According to a press note from the Administration Ministry that reached Angop on Friday, the Angolan government, through the referred institution, is implementing strategic measures to update the number and profile of staff to the real needs and challenges of the economic and sustained development growth.

The document reads that it is also aimed to announce political measures related to human resources management in the public administration sector to be implemented in 2013.

To be chaired by the incumbent minister Pitra Neto, the meeting will be attended by officials and technicians of the Training Cadres School for civil servants, human resource managers of the main organ of the Central State Administration, Public Institutes and Social Stakeholders.
