Angola: Unac Pays Tribute to 2012 Late Singers

Luanda — The National Artists and Song-writers Association (UNAC) will pay this month tribute to artists that died in 2012, due to their contribution to the divulgence, promotion and valorization of the Angolan culture in general and music in particular.

Thgis was said to Angop on Saturday by the secretary general of UNAC, Belmiro Carlos.

He said that the intention is to make the fans of the Angolan music to remind the deeds of all artists, paying them the duly tribute for what they have done toward the empowerment of the national music.

Angop learnt that the year 2012 recorded the death of singers such as Mamborro, Zecax, Chissica Arts, Nito Nunes, Manax and Dominguinhos.
