The Egyptian Embassy in Tripoli sent an urgent memo to the Libyan Foreign Ministry to ask for opening a probe into the circumstances surrounding the death of an Egyptian citizen in Libya last week, said Foreign Ministry Spokesman Amr Roshdi.
