Pope Tawadros II of Alexandria and Patriarch of Saint Mark Diocese asserted the need of returning security to the Egyptian street.
This came during his meeting on 5/1/2013 with a number of well-wishers in the cathedral in Abbasiya on the occasion of Christmas.
Pope Tawadros affirmed that there is no stability without security to protect the interests of citizens and Egypt.
