Kenya: Rift Valley PPO Defends Himself Against Fake Cop

Rift Valley provincial police officer John M'mbijiwe has acknowledged that a man accused of a spate of criminal activities is the head of the Kenya Police Reservists in Rift Valley.
He says that Joshua Karanjahi Waiganjo is indeed a police reservist holding the rank of an assistant commissioner of police having been appointed by the commissioner of police.M'mbijiwe says that the accused man was introduced to him by his predecessor Francis Munyambu who is now PPO Central Province when he took over office six months ago.
