Tunis — Addressing a meeting held, on Sunday, on the occasion of the regional debate on the constitution and organised by the Constituent Assembly in collaboration with the UNDP, Habib Khedher, reporter of the constitution drafting committee, said on Sunday that consensus was necessary in drafting the new constitution and that no party should impose its will.
