Kenya: Its Back to School Country Wide

Education stake holders have asked the government to consider increasing capitation fee for each student in the country (file photo).

Schools across the country open today for the first term this year. Parents are expected to part with huge amounts of money as students progress to the next class. The cost of basic school material such as books and uniform has also gone up.
