Angola: Tocoista Church to Build Polytechnic Institute

Luanda — The Our Lord Jesus Christ in the World Church (also known as Tocoista Church) will begin this year the construction of a Polytechnic Institute, aimed at facilitating the access of needy youths to university studies.

The intention was announced on Saturday, in Luanda, by the church's bishop Afonso Nunes, while speaking at the end of the year greetings ceremony, whose act was attended by members of various associations of the Tocoista Church and representative of other congregations.

According to the religious leader, this project aims at helping the Angolan State with the training of national staff capable of working for the development of the country.

Afonso Nunes informed that the church intends the courses to start in 2015 at the institute, thus, appealing to everyone to contribute to the implementation of the project.
