Kenya: Swiss NGO Starts Sh4.6 Million Ganze Project

A Switzerland-based NGO has launched a program to sink boreholes in the drought stricken Ganze district. Pro-Ganze's president, Barbara Fuhrer, said they will drill 14 boreholes at a cost of Sh4.6 million in the first phase.

Speaking to the Star at the weekend during the launch of the project at Ngamani, Barbara said the boreholes will help address poverty in the area.
