ICC Chief Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda will tomorrow release her list of witnesses against Uhuru Kenyatta, William Ruto, Francis Muthaura and Joshua Sang.

Trial judges have also allowed Bensouda to meet her witnesses before they present their evidence against the wishes of the lawyers of the four suspects claiming it would be tantamount to coaching.

The four are charged with crimes against humanity arising from violence following the disputed presidential elections in 2007.
