Angola: Gilberto May Return to Petro De Luanda

Luanda — Petro de Luanda has confirmed that negotiations are in progress with the midfielder Gilberto and that he may play at the first league championship only at the second stage, says its Vice chairman, Abreu Neto.

The source also said the player still having a contract with Cyprus AS Limassol, until May this year, being it the main hindrance of having Gilberto in the first round.

"The player expressed his desire of returning to the country after spending many years abroad and he wants to finish his career in Petro de Luanda and we have been doing our best so that it happens. We have to expect more time", he said.

Other players that may come to the team are Buá and Flávio Amado.
