Angola: Investe Pillar to Strengthen National Businesspeople

Ondjiva — Angola Investe programme serves as a pillar for the reinforce of the national businesspeople, meant the creation and strengthening of small and medium firms with a non refundable credit and public guarantees, says the head of the chamber of commerce and industry in Cunene province, Francisco Bollet Sallu.

He also said that this programme comes to incentive the businesspeople for the holding ofinvestments projects, adding that it shows that the Executive is paying attention to the financial difficulties of the businesspeople.

Francisco Bollet Salu also said that the non refundable credit create the possibility of having a credit with an annual interest rate of five per cent, data that the Executive support with the partial payment of interests related to the financing.

"The State, through the fund of credit guarantee may give partial guarantees that ease the credit granting. These credit public guarantees can happen in the ambit of the subsidized credit or other one that can be analyzed", he said.

Investe Angola was created in 2012 and has the support of 22 Angolan commercial banks, with the goal of creating a strong national businessepeople, through the programme of support of micro, small and medium firms.
