Kenya: Breast Cancer Patients to Receive Prosthesis

A number of breast cancer patients at Kenyatta hospital will today receive breast prosthesis to help boost their self esteem after breast surgery. The donation by the Kenya cancer association is from proceeds made from a hair shaving auction that took place in October last year. Some patients on active cancer treatment will also receive wigs to help mitigate against the psychological effect of hair loss.
