Angola: Culture Director Hails Initiative of Young Artists' Training

Huambo — The director of the culture department of the central Huambo province, Pedro Chissanga, highlighted on Tuesday the training of young artists and song-writers.

The director said so during the opening act of the 3rd edition of the training of young artists, whose lessons are starting this Tuesday in Huambo with the participation of 170 artists, aiming to occupy the youth's free time during holidays.

According to him, these kinds of activities contribute to the development of culture a directed and specific action, thus defending the need of outlining strategies with promoting agents for continuous training to discover new talented artists.
