Namibe — The governor of the south-west Namibe province recommended the need of improving the drinking water supply system to the population and sanitation of the city, so as to stop the risks that the current state offers to the local citizens' health.
Gathered on Monday in this city in its second session, under the guidance of the provincial governor, Isaac dos Anjos, the government council also approved the programme for the holding of the 35th edition of Carnival, set for February.
Among other issues, the governor recommended the need of improving mechanisms and designing of housing projects, aiming to endow them with better quality, comfort, growth places and architectonic beauty so as to please the future beneficiaries.
