Nigerian Elections From 1959 to Date Flawed - Kurfi

The former secretary of the Federal Electoral Commission (FEDECO), Alhaji Ahmadu Kurfi, has said election results beginning from 1959 to date, have suffered controversies resulting from real and perceived flaws, structural and institutional inadequacies.

"Our major and critical challenge is to evolve an electoral process that will enable us anchor democracy as the framework for national integration, sustained growth and national development," he said.
