Namibia: Back to School
9 January 2013
Jatompa Kapenda (16) and her mother take on the hefty task of buying books and sta- tionery for the upcoming school year.
Jatompa will be in grade 10 this year at St Paul's College. Her mother told The Namibian that she did not have a set budget, but buys stationery from a list the school provided for parents. Primary school learners need not buy those books, Government announced yesterday.
