Egyptian-Palestinian Summit to Discuss Political Situation

Palestinian ambassador in Cairo Barakat al-Fara said that a summit between President Mohamed Morsi and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, set for Wednesday, will discuss the latest political developments in the Palestinian lands and bilateral ties.

In statements on Tuesday8/1/2013, Fara said the Palestinian President's visit comes upon an Egyptian invitation, adding the two sides will hold consultations on the Palestinian reconciliation file, which is sponsored by Egypt, and ending the Palestinian division.
