Rwanda: New Art Center Opens in Kacyiru

IMPANO ARTS Center, operated by brothers Emmanuel Nkuranga and Innocent Nkurunziza, formerly of Ivuka Arts Studio, officially opened on Monday.

Open from 9:00am to 5:00pm, the centre includes a gallery space showcasing contemporary art, a workshop and showroom featuring jewellery, African linen, and leather works and a traditional dance troupe.

Paintings in the centre range from Rwf40,000 to Rwf400,000 depending on the size of a painting.

Impano Arts Center is located about 100 metres down the road, past Solace Ministries after taking the right turn off Hotel Umubano, in Kacyiru.
