Kenya: Schools Saga to Go to Court

NCCK says its opposed to the contents of the Basic Education Bill and is urging the President not to sign it into law and instead send it back to MP's so that they can include stakeholders proposals. Secretary General Peter Karanja says if the bill is signed, they will sue the government for not taking education matters seriously.
