Lubango — The governor of the southern Huila province, João Marcelino Tyipinge has expressed optimism about the participation of national team in Africa Cup of Nations (CAN2013), from 19 January to 10 February in South Africa, envisaging final for national squad.

The governor was speaking Wednesday to the press on participation of Angola in the event and the first game against Morocco on 19 January in Soccer City Stadium.

According to him, the team has everything to win the match, although he admits it will be a tough job.

"We followed up the training session of the team in our province and we can conclude that our players have conditions to compete on equal terms with other teams," he said.
