Kenya: Police Caught Unaware in Fresh Attack in Tana River

At least ten people have been killed and scores injured in another revenge attack reported in Tana Delta's Kibisu village this morning. Police officers and Red Cross have been dispatched to the area. Tension is still high despite the presence of police officers as hundreds continue to flee.
