Gambia: Comium Inaugurates New Customer Care Centre in Bakoteh

Comium Gambia, one of the GSM service providers in the country on Thursday inaugurated a new customer care centre at Tippa Garage in Bakoteh.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Nyang Njie, Comuim business development manager, expressed delight at inaugurating yet another customer care centre. He said that in 2013, they would like to increase their customer service centres so that customers will not have to walk far to a service centre. Njie further revealed that they are identifying places in the Greater Banjul Area and in the rural areas to build more customer care service centres.

For his part, Solo Sima, a representative of the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (PURA), said that customer care centres are purposely meant to address customer concerns. He urged Comium customers living around the area to utilise the centre for their own benefit whilst encouraging them not hesitate to lodge complaints, as this can only make Comium work harder to better serve them better.
