CORD presidential candidate Raila Odinga has joined KNC's Peter Kenneth in rejecting the hefty retirement package Mps awarded themselves recently. In a statement PM Raila Odinga says the passage of the Bills is an attempt by MPs to blackmail, arm twist and even bribe the Executive.
