Nigeria: Intruder to Spend Four Weeks in Jail

A middle-aged man, who entered into his neighbour's room in his absence with the intention to steal, has been sentenced to four weeks imprisonment by an Abuja Upper Area Court sitting at Karu.

Samuel Aboje was convicted for criminal trespass and attempting to commit an offence, which are punishable under Sections 342 and 95 of the Penal Code.
