Kenya: Two Cruise Ships for Port
By Wesonga Ochieng, 11 January 2013
Cruise tourism at the Coast continues to receive a boost with the expected arrival of two more ships this month. Speaking to the press yesterday, tourism police boss Wilberforce Sicharani set the two vessels are expected to arrive on January 18 and 26.
"So far, we know that on January 18, MV Nautica with 663 tourists and 400 crew members from 15 European countries will dock at the port," he said. He said guests have nothing to fear since security mechanisms are firmly in place.
