Kenya: Citizens Opposed to MPs Send Off Package

A majority of Kenyans are strongly opposed to the proposed MPs' send-off package that will see every member of parliament take home 9.3 million shillings as gratuity. They have called on the president not to assent to the bill saying the money should instead be used to improve health and security in the country.
