Consumer Federation of Kenya has hailed the court's ruling to stop temporarily digital TV migration until a consensus is reached between the government and the confederation over the issue.
Stephen Mutoro from the confederation says October 31st this year would be the best time for the switch off after the government fulfills certain conditions.
