Tunis — The precautionary stand-by agreement (SBA) to be discussed with the Tunisian authorities in the coming weeks reflects the support provided by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to Tunisia in this transition phase, said Christine Lagarde, Managing Director of the IMF.
