Huambo — The Department of Culture in the province of Huambo intends to build a museum of reference in case their proposal is approved by the Cabinet Council, and is to be called "Huambo Memorial".
The information was provided by the director of culture, Pedro Nambongue Chissanga, in an interview to ANGOP, saying that it will be the "guardian of respect and dignity of the Huambo people's history".
The director of culture, informed that Huambo Memorial, whose project is already elaborated, will be a contemporary museum that will contribute to the affirmation of this province in the context of nations.
He informed that the Department of Culture in this province may consider the possibility of making the museum not only a place to find issues related to the civil war, but also include the whole history of Huambo.
