Sudan: Fresh Government Shelling Kills 10 in East Jebel Marra, N. Darfur

East Jebel Marra — At least 10 civilians were killed after a government Antonov airplane shelled the area of Dresa, north-east of East Jebel Marra, North Darfur, on Friday, 11 January.

Mustafa Tambour, military spokesman of the Sudan Liberation Movement-Abdel Wahid (SLM-AW), added to Radio Dabanga that several people were wounded, livestock were killed and homes were destroyed.
