Angola: Governor Assures More Work to Improve Social Sector in Kuchi

Menongue — The governor of Kuando Kubango, Higino Carneiro, promised Thursday, more work for the improvement of circumstantial essential social sectors in the municipality of Kuchi, such as health, education, water, electricity, among others, in order to give new momentum development of that jurisdiction.

The provincial governor made these statements to the press on his three-day visit to check the current reality of the municipality of Kuchi on the functional aspects of various administrative sectors.

Higino Carneiro concluded that there is a whole need to work harder to overcome the "big" problems that still traverse the local communes and who need immediate intervention.

Given that the population is living on subsistence agriculture, due to the difficult access to the interior of the Kuchi, the governor maintained that he will work towards resolving the shortages identified which are a set of actions that will be briefly put into practice by the provincial Executive.
