Angola: MPLA Vice President Points Out Party's Actions for 2013

Luanda — The monitoring of integration process of the new militants in structures, strengthening of political and ideological training and eradication of illiteracy within the party are part of the guidelines of the ruling MPLA party for 2013.

The information was released by the party's vice president, Roberto de Almeida, when presiding over the ceremony of the New Year's greeting held Friday at the party headquarters, in representation of President José Eduardo dos Santos.

According to Roberto de Almeida, recently many people have been joining the structures of MPLA, calling for the need to monitor the full integration process of the new members and militants.

The politician, who expressed satisfaction at the integration of the militants, called on the former members to step up surveillance.

The ceremony was attended by the members of Politburo and central committee and Luanda province of MPLA.
