Egypt: A Law Suit to Revoke the License of Cbc Channel and to Stop Airing Bassem Yousef Program

A citizen called "Mahmoud Hassan Abu-Eenien" had filed a lawsuit before the administrative court no. 18954 of 67 judicial year, against the minister of information and investment in addition to the chairman of the board of directors of the free media zone departments, the Egyptian Satellite Company (Nile Sat), CBC satellite channel, the president of general authority for investment and free zones, to revoke the licenses of the channel and stop airing "El-Bernamg", which is presented by the comic media-professional, "Bassem Yousef" on the channel, due to ridiculing the president and ridiculing the principles and values according to the claimer.
