Eritrea: Housing and Commerce Bank Opens Branch in Nacfa Town

Nacfa — The Housing and Commerce Bank has opened a branch in Nacfa town and launched the service provided as of last Wednesday.

Speaking at the commencement ceremony, Mr. Idris Ali Shiker, Administrator of Nacfa sub-zone, pointed out that the start of bank services would enable the inhabitants of the locality to save time and energy, besides the fact that it would facilitate business activities in the area. He further called on the inhabitants to popularize the norm of saving, and lauded those who collaborated in the process of opening the branch.

Mr. Ibrahim Abrar, in charge of the Housing and Commerce Bank's head, indicated that the Bank has adequately been equipped, and that the role of the inhabitants and the sub-zonal Administration was significant in the process of launching the service.

Mr. Abdullahi Ali, the Bank's manager, disclosed that it would render services pertaining to credit, money transfer and saving accounts.
