Rwanda: Bayisenge Eager to Impress in Belgium Trials

APR FC defender Emery Bayisenge is keen to impress at trials with Belgium top league side Zulte-Waregem FC.

The young Amavubi Stars central defender left Kigali on Saturday after featuring for his club in the last match of the first round of the league against Etincelles.

He will spend one month on trials. Before leaving, the former U-17 national team captain said, "This is another step in my career and I hope to do well as this is my chance to become a professional player, it's the dream of every player, and with the help of God everything is possible."

Bayisenge has been a key figure for APR this season since signing from Isonga FC. "I am looking forward to doing my best."
