Egypt: Prime Minister Meets Dr Arifi

Prime Minister Hisham Qandil met Saturday 12/1/2013 with visiting Dr. Mohamed Arifi, an assistant professor at King Saud University, and praised his sermon at the Amr Ibn Al-Aas Mosque Friday.

Speaking after the weekly prayers, Arifi cited favors done by Egypt and its people to the world.

He hailed as leading its cultural, scientific and religious roles through history. Arifi also urged Egyptians to unite and renounce tensions.

Qandil thanked Arifi for inviting Arab countries to invest in Egypt because the Prophet Muhammad had advised to take well care of Egyptians.

Arifi believes Egypt will remain a leading country as always has been, stressing many in Egypt have the brains to overcome crises.
