Egypt: Morsy Probes Bilateral Relations With Arab Leaders By Phone

Saudi King Abdullah Bin Abdelaziz received Thursday 10/01/2013 a phone call from Egypt's President Mohamed Morsy on bilateral ties along with the latest regional and international developments.

Earlier yesterday, Saudi ambassador to Egypt Ahmed al-Qattan extended an invitation to Morsy from the Saudi King to attend the Arab Economic Summit that will be held in Riyadh on January 21-22.

On the other hand, Jordanian King Abdullah II received a phone call from President Mohamed Morsy.

During the call, Morsy briefed the Jordanian monarch on Egyptian efforts aiming at supporting inter-Palestinian reconciliation and resumption of peace talks.

The two sides also discussed the latest developments in the region and ways of boosting bilateral cooperation.
