Madagascar: Tana Leaders Call for Overall Change of Intelligence

Leaders from Tana Delta are calling on the government to move all intelligence officers in the area.

They claim the recurring attacks are from outsiders and not from the residents.

The clashes in the area have claimed over a hundred lives and left over 13 thousand homeless.
