Eritrean Women Residing in Italy Laud the Role of EDF Members in State Affairs

Mendefera — A number of Eritrean women residing in Italy lauded the major role of EDF members in the process of the nation's development and safeguarding its dignity. They expressed their appreciation at a banquet they hosted for Army members in the Southern region at an expenditure of 120,000 Nakfa.

In a remark she made on behalf of the women, Ms. Tabotu Tesfagiorgis indicated that the Homeland would remain dignified and attain higher economic development thanks to the prevailing harmony between the people and the EDF. Moreover, Ms. Abeba Gebrehiwet and Ms. Alefesh Mebrahtu voiced satisfaction with taking part at the banquet, and said that they would enhance participation in national development programs.

The Army members on their part commended the women's initiative, which attests to their enthusiasm to inspire the spirit of nationalism among youths.
