Nigeria: Igbinedion University Matriculates 900 Students

Benin — The Vice Chancellor of Igbinedion University Okada, Professor Eghosa Osaghae has cautioned fresh students of the university that they will be expelled or rusticated if they engage in examination malpractice or cultism.

The Vice Chancellor stated this in Okada, the university campus yesterday during the matriculation ceremony of 900 fresh students of the institution. He called on the students to always remember the huge fees paid by their sponsors and avoid things that will put them at loggerheads with the school authorities.

He told the students to avoid exam malpractice, cultism, indecent dressing, religious intolerance, drug abuse, stealing and shunning off campus accommodation.

He told the students in the presence of their parents that all the programmes of the school have been accredited by the relevant bodies especially the National Universities Commission (NUC).
