Angola: Faf Chairman Appeals for Training of Coaches

Benguela — The chairman of the Angolan Football Federation (FAF), Pedro Neto, last Friday in Buenuela Province appealed to clubs to invest in the training of their coaches in the different categories.

Pedro Neto was speaking at the opening ceremony of the national football championships in the junior categories, having stressed that through the upgrading of coaches it is possible to have young athletes with quality.

He said clubs need to improve their organisational level so that the competition can take place without disputes regarding the age of players.

"We've chosen as priority of the action of the FAF the need to invest in younger categories", he assured.

He also stressed that it is important that the football coaches equally focus on the use of Information Technologies so that they can enrich their knowledge in terms of sportive training.
