Kenya: Internal Security Minister to Meet Tana Elders

The internal security minister Katoo ole Metito is today holding a meeting with the Tana River County Elders to discuss ways of ending hostilities in the area. Key issues to be discussed will be the proposed deployment of the Kenya Defense Forces, which the elders are against arguing that professional police work and objective intelligence is what was required.
