Tunis — Tunisia and Palestine are planning to exchange land plots to build diplomatic headquarters in Tunis and Ramallah.
The memorandum of understanding was signed, on Friday, by Foreign Minister Rafik Abdessalem and Palestine's Ambassador in Tunis Salmane Mohamed Harfi, according to a communiqué of the Foreign Ministry.
