Angola: Peace Promotion, Gulf of Guinea Security Priorities

Luanda — The continuation of actions for promotion of peace and security in Gulf of Guinea region is among the priorities of the Angolan embassy to Sao Tome and Principe, throughout 2013, says the ambassador in the archipelago, Eduardo Mingas.

The official said so when speaking to Angop, about the priorities of the Angolan embassy in Sao Tome and Principe, for this year.

The diplomat also said this stand is due to the fact that Sao Tome is part of the gulf of Guinea Region, where are important matters to debate such as security and piracy, also matters concerning the states of the region Angola is inserted.

"We as Angolan diplomatic mission work to make that this desire be our main goal", she said.
